Skip Barber National Championship runner-up is a Bridgestone trained racer.

Bowmanville, Ont. - Canadian racer Marco DiLeo who won the runner up spot at the Skip Barber National Championship had trained with the Bridgestone Racing Academy through '05 in their Bridgestone F2000 Racing Series as Part of Ron's Fellows Sunoco Team Ultra.

Marco seemed to be repeating his domination of the '05 Bridgestone Series as he raced through the first half of Skip's Nat'l Series.

Marco returned to the Bridgestone Academy in October to assist Ron Fellows in selecting the next 4 karters to race for Team Ultra in the Bridgestone F2000 Racing Series through '07
