Mechanic Racing / Training Program Series Champion

Bowmanville, Ont. - 24 drivers from 7 countries participated in 8 months of studies and practical tasks in the Bridgestone Racing Academy's Mechanic Racing / Training Program which includes a proprietary 7 race Series.

Safe and competitive racing entertained family and friends through out the season.

Sam Stuard placed 5 race wins as he acquired 151 points to become the '06 MTP Series Champion. Second place finisher Spencer MacPherson learned to turn right to grab 3 wins and lock down 139 points. Brandon Deem also earned 1 win and four top 3 finishes to enjoy the 3rd step on the year end podium with 115 points.
